Along with my family, I will be hosting you. My wife and I are journalists who have a strong interest in horses, environmental conservation and nature. In 1999, we embarked on a project to study a family of Iberian wolves and create a documentary for Portuguese television. We offer a friendly and inviting environment and are excited to share our love for the region with our guests.

An amazing experience! We are immensely grateful to Pedro, Marianna and Annabella for their exceptional hospitality and guidance during our recent retreat. The food was outstanding, the scenery was breathtaking and the excursions into the national park to witness the wild horses were truly spectacular. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed riding these Lusitano horses. Witnessing the wild horses on horseback was a standout moment for many. Thank you for creating such an unforgettable experience!

I was incredibly impressed by the compassionate approach of the owners. All their horses are allowed to age gracefully and retire in peace. As a novice rider, I left feeling more confident and amazed by the breathtaking scenery unique to the hotel's location in Portugal. Where else can you ride among wild and untamed Garrano horses in a place that feels like your own private paradise? The food was exceptional and prepared with love, leaving our group eagerly anticipating each meal and wanting to take home the recipes. Every dish was made with the freshest, purest ingredients, including delicious homemade bread and jams. Vegetarians and vegans need not worry, as the meals were even better than those at any restaurant I've visited. I had a wonderful time capturing photos of the wild horses on a ride, guided tirelessly by Pedro to ensure we saw multiple beautiful Garrano horse families living happily and freely. Marianna, Mariella and Pedro were outstanding hosts, and I hope to return one day to witness the ongoing restoration of their village.

This place easily deserves a 5-star rating. We stayed here for a week with our wonderful family and had a fantastic time. Pedro was an excellent guide and host, the food was authentic and extremely healthy and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Marianna added to the overall experience. We plan to come back again in the future! Our tour was well-planned, organized and enjoyable.
