The provider speaks: English
After working in various sectors of the equine industry including show jumping, showing, racing and breeding Padraic qualified as a Riding Instructor. He has served as a Master Trainer for the Central Performance Testing of Registered Connemara Pony Stallions. Padraic established the trail ride company in 1995 as he perceived a market for a quality equestrian product in the beautiful Clew Bay region. Since then people from all over the world have enjoyed this unique experience. He felt that traditional horse training methods did not always meet the needs of the horse and he believed that if people could understand and communicate better with horses, life would be better not only for the horses but for people too. When he is not riding on the trail Padraic is busy training horses and people as well as offering Horsemanship Courses and Clinics.

That was an awesome time! We hadn't even finished, but we were already thinking about doing it again. Each of us got paired up with a horse that matched how good we were at riding. Even for someone like me who's ridden a lot, the ride was still a good challenge. The horses were all fit and knew exactly what they were doing. Plus, riding along with the guides—a father and daughter team—gave us some cool insights into the area and the folks who live there.

I had an awesome time in Westport, Ireland! Seriously, if I could rate it more than 5 stars, I totally would...Big shoutout to Padraic and Ailise, they really made the trip unforgettable! The horses were amazing - super comfy, friendly, and well looked after. Padraic and Ailise kept us entertained all week, we were laughing non-stop. And riding through the stunning Irish countryside and beaches? Absolutely magical! Plus, the food was delicious, and the B & B House was top-notch. If you're up for an awesome, chill and fun 5 days on horseback, definitely check out Clew Bay. I'm already planning my next trip back!

I went on a trip to Ireland all by myself to ride horses on the west coast, and it was absolutely amazing! I can't stress enough how awesome the Farm was, the horses we rode were lovely, and the friends I made during the ride were incredible. The views and terrain were breathtaking! There were so many moments where I just had to stop and wipe tears from my eyes because everything was so beautiful! It felt like heaven on earth! Meeting the family that owns and runs the farm was also a highlight. They're three generations of fantastic horse riders who have a deep love for their horses and their country. They treated us like part of their family during our stay! ❤️ I really hope I get the chance to go back someday and bring my kids along to experience Ireland with these people! Happy trails! ☘️🇮🇪❤️🐴
