The Iceberg-tour in South Greenland will take you through the sheepfarming areas, where you will have the opportunity to see both norse-ruins and inuit-ruins along the way. The horses used for the tour are Icelandic horses, known for their training and ability to navigate difficult terrain. The main focus of the tour is to showcase the stunning glaciers and icebergs in the sea.

During the tour, you will also have the chance to experience a buggy tour, hear stories about life as a sheepfarmer in the arctic, witness a display of the Greenlandic national costume and receive a guided tour by a certified site-guide through two reconstructed norse-ruins. Additionally, each guest will have their own private room with a single bed.

I am the third generation to manage our sheepfarm. Alongside our 600 sheep, we also take care of Icelandic horses, chickens, cats and dogs. We established our company in 2015, and the first riding tour took place in 2016. These tours occur in the vicinity of Qassiarsuk, where sheep farmers reside.
