I live Yoga and my life is with horses. I am a 500 E- RYT certified yoga instructor. I grew up with horses, my life has been to understand and live with horses in harmony, true to their spirit and well being. I have found the incredible healing power that yoga and horses can bring to people and also to horses themselves. My passion is to share this knowledge, so others may experience, healing, wellness and live their life to their potential. And to share this knowledge and understanding of horses , that it may open up the hearts to humans, that their is another way to be with horses, a way of unity, harmony and well being and not of dominance and force. This is my life's dharma. Namaste

You will be provided with lodging, enjoying the natural surroundings of our open-air Jungle Lodge. Situated amidst towering trees and surrounded by wildlife and lush vegetation, the lodge offers a cozy and comfortable setting with stunning views and open-air terraces overlooking the jungle and tropical gardens.

Accommodations at the Jungle Lodge include both private and shared bedrooms, each equipped with private bathrooms, fans, air conditioning and internet access. The beds feature extra thick, comfortable mattresses with high-quality linens and covers.

I had an amazing time. I went on this yoga retreat where we did yoga with horses, and it was honestly life-changing. Terry and her crew were super nice and made us feel right at home. The food was all homemade and tasted incredible! Doing yoga and hanging out with the horses helped me tear down some walls I've had up for ages. It's hard to explain just how much this experience meant to me emotionally. And staying in the middle of the jungle was pretty awesome, surrounded by all that nature. Big thanks to Terry for everything she does.

I spent a week here and it was absolutely fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed the various activities, yoga sessions, bonding with the horses, delicious food and the wonderful company of the group. Everyone was incredibly friendly, warm and authentic, making it feel like a home away from home. They accommodated my gluten allergy by preparing all the meals gluten-free, which were incredibly tasty. The location, nestled in the jungle yet close to the beach for surfing and beach walks, was stunning and unique. Riding on the beach and swimming with the horses was a standout experience, providing a sense of freedom and joy that I will always cherish. My time with Terry, her family and her team was truly amazing, and I highly recommend attending the retreat. I hope to return soon.

When I discovered this course, I knew I had to bring together two of my passions, yoga and horses, and connect with others who shared the same interests. Terry and the team have successfully combined these two elements in this equine yoga course. Terry led us in forming connections with the magnificent horses in the stunning setting of the Caribbean coast. We delved into learning about equine anatomy, both physically and energetically and spiritually. Through this course, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself, horses and yoga. I highly recommend this to anyone who has a strong connection with nature or beautiful horses. I am extremely grateful for the wonderful food, personal insights and the nurturing environment provided by the horses and the people at kindred spirits, which will always hold a special place in my heart.
